Motel Rooms
When staying with us as an overnight guest you get some great perks such as discounted guest rates on our activities-horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, and tubing; complimentary access to the grounds including the heated outdoor swimming pool, ping pong, horseshoes, basketball, and archery; and the option to add a meals package to your stay. All of our motel rooms are the same size and have the same amenities; they only vary in terms of how they are decorated as well as by bed set-up. All rooms will accommodate between 2 and 4 people, depending on beds. Rooms that accommodate 4 people would either have a double bed and a set of bunk beds or 2 double beds. Maximum capacity per room is 4 people. Rooms are assigned on the day of check-in based on the total number of people per room.
All Motel Rooms have bedding and linens provided. Rooms also have coffee makers and ice buckets with an ice machine located inside the main lodge. We do not have televisions, telephones or refrigerators in any of the rooms.
All rooms are non-smoking and there is a $250 cleaning fee applied to anyone who does not adhere to this policy.
We do have a barrier free room complete with wheel in shower.
10 out of our 16 rooms have air conditioning and there is an additional charge of $10 for an air-conditioned unit.
4 of our rooms are pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per room. The fee is $20 per dog, which is not a nightly rate.
We have a 3:00pm check in and an 11:00am check out. If you have a reservation and will be arriving after 5pm we ask that you call us to get your check in procedure.
In order to make a reservation please call 231-947-9529 and ask for lodging reservations. We will need a Visa or Master Card number to hold and unless stated differently at time of reservation, we do have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Should you change or cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your check in date, you are charged only a $10 processing fee. Should you cancel within 72 hours of your check in date we will charge you the total rate for your reserved room, unless we can re-rent the room, at which point there will be a $20 processing fee applied. Early check-outs will not result in any refund of total price. **Please note, group reservations have a different cancellation policy. Please ask for details at time of booking.**
