Bunkhouse
When staying with us as an overnight guest you get some great perks such as discounted guest rates on our activities- horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, and tubing; complimentary access to the grounds including the heated outdoor swimming pool, ping pong, horseshoes, basketball, and archery; and the option to add a meals package to your stay. The bunkhouse is a 2 story house that will sleep up to 9 people. The ground floor has a large living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and vanity area. The top floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and a set of bunk beds with a double on bottom and a twin on top and the second bedroom has a twin bed and a set of bunk beds with a double on bottom and a twin on top. If filling all of the beds you can sleep up to 9 people.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and miscellaneous dishes and cooking utensils.
All bedding, towels and linens are provided in the bunkhouse.
The bunkhouse also has a front porch and a small, private fire pit area that is accessible Spring, Summer, and Fall. It comes with a starter bundle of wood and additional bundles of wood are available for purchase in the general store or at the front desk.
The bunkhouse is non-smoking and there is a $250 cleaning fee applied to anyone who does not adhere to this policy.
The bunkhouse is not pet friendly.
There is not air conditioning in the bunkhouse.
We have a 3:00pm check in and an 11:00am check out. If you have a reservation and will be arriving after 5pm we ask that you call us to get your check in procedure.
In order to make a reservation please call 231-947-9529 and ask for lodging reservations. We will need a Visa or Master Card number to hold and unless stated differently at time of reservation, we do have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Should you change or cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your check in date, you are charged only a $10 processing fee. Should you cancel within 72 hours of your check in date we will charge you the total rate for the bunkhouse, unless we can re-rent it, at which point there will be a $20 processing fee applied. Early check-outs will not result in any refund of total price. **Please note, group reservations have a different cancellation policy. Please ask for details at time of booking.**
